PLEASE SAVE THE DATE!

Our premier annual event, the CWLC Butterfly Brunch, is Saturday, March 10, 2018. We are delighted to announce that our speaker is Dr. Rhoda Wolle. Dr. Wolle serves at Wisconsin Lutheran College as Assistant Professor of Education and Dean of Student Success.

She will be speaking on "Moving from Surviving to Thriving: Recalculating Happiness." Psychology seeks to understand the components of happiness and wellness. Dr. Wolle's presentation, through her lens as a Christian, will walk us through the steps to move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Some of the ingredients of her secret sauce to thriving include gratitude, contentment, discovering and utilizing strengths and skills to impact others, and guilt-free rest. You will leave her presentation with ideas on how you can implement these in your personal and professional life so that you can more effectively be “salt" and “light” in our world.

The coffee hour starts at 8 am in the Campus Center at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Brunch and program are from 9:00 am to 11:15 am. Invitations will be mailed the second half of January. As a member of the CWLC, you will receive an email when early online registration is available.

Please 'spread the word' to your female friends and family members about this unique, inspirational event, and invite them to attend with you!
